Bidsheet is an online auction platform that allows sellers to list bulk items for sale and buyers to bid on those items. It works just like eBay auctions. You can list your lots for sale in an auction, choose a reserve price, and interested buyers place bids. When an auction ends and your reserve price is met, your lot will be sold to the highest bidder, and Bidsheet will do the rest.

At Bidsheet, we handle everything for you - listings, payments, orders, pickups, reports, and more. We provide a dedicated account manager who will help you at every step when selling your inventory. Optionally you can manage everything yourself.

Bidsheet charges a 9% platform fee once the transaction is complete. This fee covers the costs associated with running the platform, including payment processing and customer support.

Sellers receive payouts directly to their bank account when the buyer has picked up their shipment.

Once a buyer has won an auction, Bidsheet will collect the payment and help the buyer arrange shipment. All you have to do is to get the load prepared for pickup.

At Bidsheet, we take the verification of buyers seriously. Businesses in the United States must comply with local state laws and provide a resale certificate to ensure they are properly registered. If a state does not require a resale certificate, we ask the seller to upload a valid business license in their state. During registration, these documents are verified to ensure they are valid resale documents. International buyers must upload their business licenses within their country to prove they are registered with their local government.

When a U.S. business submits its resale certificate to the Bidsheet platform, we take several steps to ensure that it is valid and that they are indeed tax-exempt. Our team will either contact the state Tax Board or utilize their website to verify the resale certificate for each applicable state. In cases where a state does not require a resale certificate, we verify the buyer's business license to confirm that they are a registered business. By taking these measures, we can ensure that our sellers can confidently sell to tax-exempt buyers.
